TRAVEL INSURANCE
We do not include any kind of travel insurance. We highly recommend travel insurance for your protection in case of cancelled flights or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Indotrail Tours & Travel do not include any kind of travel insurance during your expedition.
BOOKING
Once the booking is confirmed, to secure the booking a deposit of 25% (or at least USD 300) is required. The balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to arrival, except for group bookings which may have specific payment schedules.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking within 31 days of arrival for any reason, your deposit or payment may be forfeited.
Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to arrival may have the payment credited toward a future booking, provided it is used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
PASSPORT & VISA
All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of a Passport that is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival, and have proof (tickets) of onward or return passage.
By Presidential Decree of 21 of 2016 on Visa Free, Indonesia now provides special Short Stay Visa Free facilities for tourists who are nationals of a total 169 countries. We recommend checking the latest visa regulations with the Indonesian Embassy in your country before departure.
